Enoki Adoptable
Terms of Service
You have just bought, or are thinking of buying one of my enoki adopt designs or customs. Here is a quick overview of the terms for them.
Enoki are a community project, the race are personal to me, Helixel. But the main thing keeping me going is the lovely Enoki community we have fostered. It is my hope that by others adopting one of my designs that you may be a part of our little family in the discord server! Please join in and show us the art you get with your new Enoki. spread the Enoki love with us! <3
- Payment is taken via PayPal or Stripe. Only the invoice system is accepted- Payment plans are available upon request, but at least 100eur must be paid upfront. HD files will not be delivered until final payment is received.- The remainder of the payment must be given 30 days after first payment. Failure to pay means the adopt goes to the next highest bidder.- In most cases, all auctions end 24 hours after the last bid. After the auction ends, I will contact the winner.- Do not bid if you can't pay right away and do not edit/delete your bids. If something comes up and you need to withdraw your bid, DM me in discord. DO NOT DELETE BIDS. Fake bidders will be blocked permanently!- By sending payment for the adoptable, all the rights to the adoptable belong to the buyer, however the rights to the species does not belong to you.- As the owner of the adoptable, you can:
make small changes to the design (hairstyle, new piercings, tattoos etc)
-- Use the adoptable as your character, sona/fursona, comic character, mascot,
-- Sell the character on to a new owner - you may NOT however, sell them for more than you paid. Also if you can, please let me know who the new owner is.
*** I would highly prefer you sell the Enoki through me, and the discord server. If you are not a paying subscriber and want to sell your enoki please get in contact with me and I will facilitate the selling of your Enoki. This maintains that the sale is official and canon. I also like to make sure the adopt is going to interested parties first. Money will go straight to you of course, I would prefer to oversee the selling of them.- You can create art and products for sale with the adoptable (just not the artwork I created for the adopt) and use it for any purpose, as well as the adoptable. It means, I reserve the right exclusively to my original artwork with the adoptable;- I don't accept refunds for the adoptable. By sending a payment, you accept that you will not be able to return the payment for any reason.
